BRIES (Barents Region Independent Ecology Society) – это сообщество независимых экологов, журналистов и общественных деятелей стран Евро-Арктического региона – России, Норвегии, Швеции, Финляндии, Дании и Исландии. BRIES – это неформальная коммуникационная экспертная площадка, учрежденная без статуса юридического лица. Основы площадки – это мульти язычный информационно-аналитический интернет-сайт, а также Экспертный Совет. Наша цель – это равноправный многосторонний диалог независимых от государств и корпораций экспертов, направленный на решение экологических проблем Баренцева региона и расширение добрососедского сотрудничества. Задачи BRIES: - сбор и трансляция объективной и полной информации о состоянии окружающей среды в странах Баренцева региона – через взаимодействие с ведущими региональными медиа; - подготовка аналитики и прогнозов развития экологической ситуации в субъектах Баренцева региона; - выявление основных проблем и формирование рабочих групп экспертов, обладающих соответствующими компетенциями и авторитетом, которые контролируют ход решения этих проблем и взаимодействуют с соответствующими государственными структурами от имени общественности; - проведение международных конференций, форумов и «круглых столов» для экологов, журналистов и общественных деятелей; - расширение Сообщества за счет вовлечения в него популярных персон, ученых, экспертов, журналистов и деятелей культуры наших стран.
Участие в BRIES носит заявительный характер и не влечет за собой иных обязательств, кроме проявления профессионализма и объективности. Повестку дня BRIES, текущий План всех активностей и ведение интернет-сайта формирует и осуществляет Экспертный Совет. Все эксперты, которые принимали участие в Форуме «ECO-MEDIA-BARENTS-2020», который проходил 04-05.12.2020 г., автоматически приглашаются в качестве членов руководящего органа BRIES - Экспертного Совета. Свою деятельность BRIES осуществляет за счет добровольных частных донаций. Возможны взносы коммерческих структур – исключительно на основе отсутствия ангажированности и соблюдения принципов объективности. |
BRIES (Barents Region Independent Ecology Society) is a community of independent environmentalists, journalists and public figures of the countries of the Euro-Arctic region - Russia, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Iceland. BRIES is an informal communication expert platform established without the status of a legal entity. The basis of the platform is a multilingual information and analytical website, as well as the Expert Council. Our goal is an equal multilateral dialogue of experts independent of state structures and industrial corporations aimed at solving environmental problems in the Barents region and expanding good-neighbourly cooperation. BRIES objectives: - collection and broadcast of impartial and complete information about the state of environment in the countries of the Barents Region - through interaction with all leading regional media; - preparation of analytics and development forecasts for the ecological situation in the subjects of the Barents region; - identification of the main problems and the formation of working groups of experts with the appropriate competence and authority, who control the course of solving these problems and interact with the relevant state structures on behalf of the public; - holding international conferences, forums and "round tables" for environmentalists, journalists and public figures; - expansion of the Community by engaging interested environmentalists, scientists, experts, journalists and cultural workers from our countries.
Participation in BRIES is of a declarative nature and does not entail any other obligations, except for execution of professionalism and objectivity. The BRIES agenda, the current Plan of all activities and website management are determined and implemented by the Expert Council. All experts who took part in the ECO-MEDIA-BARENTS-2020 Forum, which took place on December 4-5, 2020, are automatically invited as members to the BRIES governing body - the Expert Council. BRIES carries out its activities based on voluntary private donations. Contributions from commercial structures are possible - solely based on the lack of commitment and observance of the principles of objectivity. |
